December 2009

18x24 Oil on Panel at Union Gallery
Lambertville, NJ
I had this image for a couple of years, waiting to be in the proper mood to paint a winter scene. Finally, did it two weeks ago, but waited for the right moment to post it on the blog. This morning I got a nod from mother nature: an enormous winter storm piled snow on New York. So here it is: 42nd St under the snow.

Luchy you!! I'd love be there. NY is my favorite city in the world. In Spain snow now too, but, not in my village :-(

The painting is so beautiful as always. A big kiss for you, friend.

I'm a sucker for a snow scene, but the ones I usually see are very rural. I love this urban scene!
