Romantic Ride

24x18 Oil on Panel at Union Gallery
Lambertville, NJ
Give your weary feet a rest and take a romantic Horse & Buggy ride through Central Park - one of the most popular ways to see this famous park.
Today is December 31st, New Years Eve, it's snowing in the city, and I have just the right painting for today's post. Happy New Year!

December 2009

18x24 Oil on Panel at Union Gallery
Lambertville, NJ
I had this image for a couple of years, waiting to be in the proper mood to paint a winter scene. Finally, did it two weeks ago, but waited for the right moment to post it on the blog. This morning I got a nod from mother nature: an enormous winter storm piled snow on New York. So here it is: 42nd St under the snow.
